Joseph Nassif is the Founder and President of Noon Advisory Group LLC. Mr. Nassif began his career in the Bulk Terminal Storage Industry where he held positions of increasing responsibilities in Operations, Engineering & Construction, Compliance, and Sales & Business Development, culminating in the role of President for Odfjell Terminals, US Region.
Mr. Nassif also worked in the chemical manufacturing and distribution industries, most notably, BASF Corporation and Westlake Chemical where he held executive roles in Supply Chain, Procurement (EPC, MRO & strategic Procurement), Finance, and Global General Management, culminating in the COO role for a Global Chemical Cosmetic Chemical Ingredients Manufacturer & Distributor.
Mr. Nassif has served on the board of the International Liquid Terminal Association (ILTA) and the the Greater Houston Port Bureau (GHPB) for several years.
His experience spans a broad set of industries and geographies and include leading businesses through operational and technical management, capacity expansions, new product and sustaining & capacity expansion project portfolio development, cost structure, strategic transformation and business turnaround.
Mr. Nassif graduated from York College of the City University of New York with a B.S. in Chemistry and received his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, and his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
